NovoPro for GenYES Schools

Every week, our founder Dennis Harper writes a message to all of the GenYES Facilitators in the nation with tips, pertinent information, and stories about what students and Facilitators have accomplished in the GenYES program.

Wow, the last day of Summer. GenYES is off to the best start ever when it comes to completed TAPs!

We have been approached by our good friend Michelle Spencer who works for Vivitek offering their NovoPro wireless streaming device free to the first 50 GenYES schools that apply for it online.

NovoPro is a wonderful product that allows most desktop, laptop, tablets, and phones to share their screens seamlessly in the classroom. This product sells for $899 on Amazon. There are no catches here (no subscriptions, add ons, etc.). This would be a great TAP for some of your STLs to receive this, figure it out, set it up, and begin using it in your school’s classrooms. Those of you reading on, contact us for a PDF which will give you all the details you need to receive this valuable free offer. Don’t wait too long as only 50 are available. Only GenYES schools can apply.

Tap of the Week:

This week’s feature TAP comes from an STL named Vicente from Canajoharie High School in New York.

Title: Photoshop Poster

Description: A teacher asked me to tell them how to print a poster onto four individual pages using Photoshop.

Accomplishment: I personally had little experience with Photoshop, so I really was stumped. After looking through different websites, I finally found an instructions page on how to make the poster. I printed it after I studied it personally before providing Mrs Moyer with it.
